Broken street name sign

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14182483.

The sign for Waterside Close which is on the left side of the road has either been hit by a car or kicked hard by someone and is now bent and can't be read. Please could you do something about replacing or repairing it. Thank you.
