Pot Hole and Surface Damage

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14182437.

Damaged caused by flooding some time ago, several large pot holes in the carriage way and damage to surface as a result of the flooding. I understand money has been claimed from a Flood Fund to repair this but the work has not been completed, can we at least have the large pot holes filled as a temporary measure until the road surface is repaired completely.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
