Convex mirror has come down on dangerous countryside crossroads

The convex mirror located at the crossroads of Blodwell Bank / Coopers Lane (leading to a residential area of Porth y Waen) has come down. This has made it impossible for drivers on the Cefn Lane / Blodwell Bank intersection (directly opposite Coopers Lane) to see oncoming traffic on Blodwell Bank road when trying to turn left or right onto Blodwell Bank.
