Loose manhole cover

Good evening, A resident has reported a loose manhole outside of 14 White Lodge Pak, Shawbury, SY4 4NS. They report that every time a vehicle goes over it, it makes a banging noise which is annoying, especially in the early hours or evening. I believe it has been like this for some time.
