Blocked footpath by connexus contractors

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14182126.

Northern Footway on park road wem is fully blocked by connexus' contractors using a fire hydrant for dust suppression. Forcing people onto the highway. Blocked by security fencing. Potential breach of hs regs too.
