Uneven cracked road surface

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14182099.

Terrible road surface on road,Few inches deep with long cracks ,uneven road surface causing car shake and become unsettled when entering or exiting Murrell way. There has been a tiny patch put it but it's done nothing . Recent crash into the fence is possibly because of the road surface. Very dangerous for cyclists and only a matter of time before someone is injured. Needs to be fully dressed and filled not a patchwork bumpy quilt like it is
