Road surface breaking up with deep potholes and sharp edges

This area of road has been previously reported but has substantially deteriorated with deep potholes (up to 3 inches) and sharp edges at the joins with previous patches. The lines of sight down the road (which is not wide enough for cars to pass at all points) are not good and drivers attempting to avoid the worst of the holes are swerving right across the road leading to an increased risk of accidents. When (if!) it rains, considerable volumes of water run down this section of road, further deepening the holes and filling them so they cannot be seen, greatly increasing the risk to road users.
