An accident waiting to happen

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14181880.

A very long maintenance vehicle is parked at a very small layby by the junction of Calcott lane and the A458 blocking the exit for other vehicles turning and now a temp traffic lights have been set up further adding to the exiting problem . The maintenance driver would not help when spoken to. ,
