Weeds left after visit by gutter cleaning van

The gutter cleaning van has just "cleaned" the pavement gutters in Roden and Sun Grove. It has had no effect whatsoever, all gutter weeds are still in place. Could they re-visit please and do a proper job. Otherwise, what is the point of paying the bloke's wages?
