Blocked drains

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14181879.

Last winter with all the flooding our house got flooded. I don’t want it to happen again due to blocked drains. Full of mud and stuff from the tractors. Grass is growing out of it. There’s is two drains both are blocked I would be grateful if someone could come and look to start the ball rolling before the Autumn/winter Kindest Regards Sue Fraser.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
