Asking about access over SC grass area

Caller is registered disabled and has got a new mobility car, which is electric. She asked if someone could contact her to let her know if it would be possible for her to drive over this grass area behind 8 & 10 to get to her house to charge the car up there. She said that she needs this car to get out and about, mainly to help her with her mental health issues. She has asked Homes Plus about this, they advised her to contact us about it, saying it is SC land.
