I have reported this to advise that the illuminated bollards have been smashed off , there were two traffic cones placed where the bollards should have been and my case was resolved. I’m not sure why as the cones have been knocked down again and only one survives. The children go back to school in September and there are no illuminated collards going into winter. Please sort this out

  • We have visited the site and noted that further works are required. This has been ordered. Due to a high number of faults being reported and an unprecedented number of emergency call-outs, some repairs are taking longer than our target.

    Whilst we fully understand that delays are frustrating, we would like to reassure our customers that we are doing all we can to ensure an efficient and effective service.
