Corner of drain cover has a hole and is raised

There is a large drain cover on the side of the road going in to Kinnerley, which should prevent dirt ingress, but one of the infills has opened and water and dirt is entering at that point. This has happened in the last few days. Also the cover itself is raised above highway level, but luckily not in the direction traffic mainly goes.
