Street sign (Cul-de-sac) difficult to read

This street sign has a black faded background and white lettering but its very faded and hard to read. More importantly it has a cul-de-sac marker, also faded. We are noticing an increase in vehicles driving into the road to turn around. Might be that they are lost and just turning around but the sign might be a factor.
