Large 100mm Deep Pothole

Two potholes:

1) 1400x400x100mm pothole completely missing tarmac and stone sub base exposed.

2) 400x400x50mm pothole 5ft from the larger.

Both have very faint pink markings around so either a previous fill has failed or they have been previously registered and expired on the system?
