Mud on the carriageway and huge pothole previously reported but not fixed

The long deep pothole in the carriageway was reported months ago. Some potholes further up the hill were filled but this one was not. It is now filled with deep slippery mud making the surface dangerous. The deep pothole is hidden and will do damage if a vehicle drops into it thinking the surface is level. I am aware that mud on the carriageway should also be reported on the phone as it is an offence. I will be doing this immediately.

    Mud is still on the carriageway. The problem has not been corrected. This gets worse when it rains, the dip in the road fills up with slippery mud and water. The problem covers a section of the lane, about 30+ feet long. Along with 19 potholes in my previous report, the work has not been completed.
