This is outside 22, The Square, Clun, SY7 8JA. The right hand bollard shown in the photo has been removed several times and I have tried to replace it but the last time it was removed, when I tried, I could not put it back as the holes seemed to have been filled in.

This was a bollard put in by the council some years ago as Mr F.P. Smyth, the owner of the house had his porch hit several times by vehicles. He is in a residential care home currently and I am looking after the property as I am his lasting power of attorney and executor. I have secured the bollard in his integral garage so that it is not removed completely and would be able to meet someone at the property so that they could gain access to the bollard in order to reinstate it.
