One deep pothole getting deeper, two separate it holes opposite

We have previously reported these potholes some time ago but they are getting deeper, due to heavy traffic. We have large lorries and tractors, many towing heavy equipment driving over these holes. Some approaching the A488 at speed and breaking, causing the grade 2 listed barn to shake. Not sure what damage this is causing to services under the damaged line of tarmac?
