Huge area of the surface that has pot holes either side of a large mound

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14181019.

The surface is raised in the centre where it looks like it's been repaired over the top again and again raising the height of the road either side of the mound are pot holes its scrapped the bottom of my car as I heard the noise metal scraping it also guttered my alloys of my 27 grand sports car which i will be claiming for together with the further huge pot hole on the corner which scraped my alloy wheel.
