Contra flow and traffic lights

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14180916.

These traffic lights and contra flow have been there for over a year. I pass them on a regular basis and I have never seen anyone working on what ever the problem is but from what I can see it doesn’t affect the road. It must be frustrating for communities and commuters.
