A great big hole 2 m deep with exposed drainage by a metre wide on the side of the road

I noticed this hole a few months back, but somebody covered it up with the road board and put some cones round it but it’s got bigger and the board fell down the hole. It’s so dangerous, the photo doesn’t do the size of the whole Justice. I would say you could put three or 4 ton bags of sand down there.
