Damaged railing outside pub, effecting footpath , can this be looked at.

  • Customer has called regarding the issue with the bollard, they are dangerous to the public, it is also not a good 1st impression when entering the pub/ wedding venue. Customer has provided photos of the issue and is waiting for a response which has not happened, also waiting for the surveyor to come out and have a look, which has not happened. Please can customer have a response to this issue ASAP, and please can he be advised of when work will commence

  • Customer is not happy that he is constantly having to call us to get a response to the issue and no one is getting back to him. Please call customer and advise when the issue is going to be resolved

  • Again we are chasing this to see if anyone is even looking at this portal? What is the point of having a portal to report problems if no one is monitoring it?

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
