Poorly synchronised traffic lights and no warning signage

Reported via desktop in the Other highways issue category anonymously at 07:45, Tuesday 15 July 2025

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14180741.

The temporary traffic lights at tge bottom of Buildwas Vank are poorly synchronised they are letting only a few vehicles through at a time on the Buildwas Bank and Wenlock Road sets of lights. The contractors seem to have people watching the lights but they are doing absolutely nothing to help address the problem. The signage on the approach to the set at tge end of Buildwas Bank is extremely poor with no warning of traffic control ahead, this will no doubt cause accidents for which Shropshire Council will be responsible for. The whole organisation of traffic management as a result of the unwanted power station development is a complete farce.
