New temporary lights causing chaos

Sent to Shropshire Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 14180718.

I was one of many motorists stuck in lengthy queues at the latest temporary lights at the bottom of the bypass and all joining roads. Contractors were either sat in their vehicles or playing on their mobile phones. One took a photo of their "handiwork" and drove off while the others didn't have a clue!!! Don't forget you've just turned on the new lights by Builwas bridge after 9 long months and now you put in 4 way temporary lights less than 50 yards away!!!! Please sort this message out or get some body in who knows whst they're doing!!!
