Road surface severely deteriorated and a danger to motorcyclists

The road surface on the B4380 in Atcham is appalling and is particularly bad heading east between the Attingham Park entrance up until it becomes a national speed limit. It is potentially dangerous for motorcyclists. The images I attached are from 2 years ago and still nothing's been done. When will it be resurfaced please as it's dangerous?

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
