Storm drain outside 57, THE CRESCENT, NESSCLIFFE, SHREWSBURY, SY4 1DF is blocked and needs clearing.

    The storm drain cover has two sand bags on its lid as when there is 'monsoon' rain the water going down this drain gets 'rejected' at the 90 T junction at the bottom of the street and comes straight back up the storm drain and blows the cover off - it can land on my garden or in the street, along with all the slug that has washed down! I keep my own drains clear and always before the water has washed away, down the storm drain easily but this time it seems to have a blockage and the water won't go away - well it very very very slowly drains but it fills again with in less than a minute, so my house will be surrounded in mucky water very quickly, even without 'monsoon' rain :(
