Road surface melting in the heat

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14180602.

Wheel zones black and sticky (audibly sticky when driving along), seem slippery in the heat most of the way from Tenbury Wells heading East on the A456 to Newnham Bridge (Worcestershire CC area)
