The drains as sunk way below Road level with potholes

This drain as been lower than tarmac level for over 12 months pot hole keeps getting fixed but the drain is 60 mm below level of surface causing very large bangs ever time a empty HGV goes past which is every 10 minutes on average It’s not very pleasant being woken up between 4ams 6 every morning
