Contractors Failed to Mark out Yellow Lines in the Atcham Bus Stop in the Shrewsbury Direction

Despite the repeated assurances of Shropshire County Council the promised execution and completion of yellow line markings which would restrict parking in the Atcham Bus Stop wer not laid by the nominated contractors. The works were already cancelled in May and at the second attempt the markings have not been laid. Can the contractors return to complete the works

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
