Planned H Bar Keep Clear in Malthouse Lane not completed

Despite assurances by Shropshire County Council that the previously cancelled May TRO works would be completed in July. A previously confirmed H Bar and Keep Clear sign was not laid. This will result in the continued road hazard of Mytton and Mermaid Customers blocking our entrance and exit to our properties. Please can the council contractors return and complete the works.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
