Block Drain lots of leaves

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14180480.

The drains appear to be blocked at some point in the lower half of child road by Lacon court. We have a big smell coming back through the water waste pipes to our bathrooms coming from the drains, our lead pipes to the drain is clear. the side has not been cleared for sometime and many leaves have dropped from the trees that have fallen into the water drain and stayed on the road side.
