Lid has popped off water stop taps on pavement

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14180475.

There are two water stop taps leaking on this section of pavement. One outside number 24 and one outside number 30. The cover has also popped off with the force of water. This seems to be happening to all of them in turn on this road!!!
