3 potholes very large down to road substrate

These have been reported numerous times and nor repaired. It makes the repair time of 62 days given out by Andy Wilde and Highways ridiculous. It is also against the Highways Acts and you have no defence, ad they have been reported numerous times. There is no way that a qualified Highways engineer can let these potholes carry on. This road is a joke and the first rains will show it.
