No warning of temporary traffic lights

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14180359.

There's no sign warning of the temporary traffic lights at the bottom of Buildwas Bank. They are only seen when you are at them. Very dangerous at the bottom of the hill.
