Possible Raw sewage leaking

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14180332.

There is a drain that I believe raw sewage is leaking from. The smell is not terribly nice when there is liquid leaking and running along the road and when it dries there appears to be toilet tissue.
