Blocked gulley

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14180311.

Customer reporting he cleaned the side off road as shropshire council dont bother but there is a gulley which is completely blocked with mud and needs clearing. needs complete dig out and high pressure jetting. debris there aswell , please can someone come out and clean it. customer says urgent situation
