Derestriction sign is 'absent'

I notice that one of two restriction signs is missing, upon inspection it appears that the six off support bolts have been sawn through. (The other sign is well hidden partially covered by a tree branches. I have been told that some residents of Upper Longwood do not agree with this stretch of road being derestricted. I am aware that removal or tampering with road signs is a criminal offence.
