Limited pedestrian access

Reported via iOS in the Encroachment of the highways by trees or shrubs category anonymously at 12:43, Sun 6 July 2025

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14180265.

This needs trimming back. On more than one occasion now when out walking, if someone comes the other way, one of us ends up walking in the road to pass each other. This is dangerous. Cars use this road a lot and many of them exceed the speed limit

  • The pavement is still overgrown despite reporting this months ago. I was forced to walk in the road today because of a lady with a pushchair. There is nowhere to go other than in the road.
