Litter bins overflowing

Both litter bins on the recreation area on Sydney Avenue are overflowing with rubbish. Much of this is dog poo and it smells awful. One bin is next to a children's play area and the other by a picnic bench. Can they please be emptied ASAP and a more regular maintenance plan initiated. Thanks.
