Pavement narrowed too much

The pavement is again blocked by the overgrown hedge making it difficult to use alongside very busy and fast traffic. A member of the local community cut it back last year when it became impassible. It’s needs sorting properly. The council doesn’t own the adjoining land but does have responsibility for highway maintenance.

    Needless to say, this is getting worse by the day and no one is responding. Last year a local resident took matters into their own hand to make it safer for our children. Surely the council have a duty of care?
