Repair to footpath following tree removal and stump grinding

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14180186.

Large lime tree was removed and the stump ground out a few weeks ago but the hole and debris has been left with tape and cones around it for a few weeks now and is a hazard to vehicles and pedestrians.
