Massive 4/5 foot overgrown weeds and nettles

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14180179.

Overgrown weeds and nettles blocking access through the alleyway! It's becoming a problem with being disabled and my only walking access to local shops from aston/loton butts. Seems like the house on monkmoor road nearest to Alleyway has let the bush/plants severely overgrow there fences towards the end causing the alley to be almost blocked
