Rubble in drain

Very recent resurfacing has resulted in the rubble being washed into the drainage system. The contractors have also kindly cemented the gully grate I situ so it is not possible to remove it manually. If we have a heavy downpour people's properties will be at risk. There are other jobs along this road, (Neen Hill Top to Milson) requiring a gully sucker.
