Pothole creating a surface issue

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14180032.

A pothole has become a surface issue, running water and issue with a culvert underneath. A week ago someone filled this pothole with tarmac, this is now coming away as it hasn't been filled correctly and it wet from the running water. If this isn't looked at the road is going to come away and become dangerous even more.

  • Repairs have still not happened and the lane is getting worse & in terrible condition

  • Customer noticed last week, soft tarmac being thrown down in the reported area, but this had made no difference at all. Customer wanting to check that more permanent work is being arranged as it includes issues with the culvert too. The report does show work has been issued, action scheduled & case still open. The job is not being done properly and Customer suggested SC Officer comes down and takes a look at what contractors are NOT doing as the situation is becoming more serious. Customer asking for more of an update please
