Gaint hogweed growing by the side of the road

There are 4 giant hogweed plants growing by the side of the road on the right-hand side outside Rivendell in Stanwardine, SY4 2HA. Two are just outside on the right-hand side looking towards Stanwardine, one is lower down the hill on the same side and one has been knocked down on the left hand side. I think they need dealing with before they set seed.
