Incorrect bus stop sign to be removed
Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14179794.
1) go to this location (what3words snips.printout.balancing)
2) remove this incorrect bus stop sign.
Do not remove any other signs. Do not ignore. Do not close report without action.
(Background for those who read more than a few words...the old bus stop sign was wrecked, reported in 2024 but ignored for ages. In the intervening 7 months the bus stop was moved to Tregarthen Lane opposite the new bus shelter, hence this bus stop sign no longer needed. However as the council don't read reports, they spent money replacing it even though it was no longer needed. They have now closed the report as completed, having actually made things worse. There is also a faulty street lamp above the sign, on all the time, but that will clearly be too much)

A month after this report, a year since the original sign was reported smashed and six months since the new bus stop was placed and Shropshire Council then wasted money doing this sign again...it has finally been removed. What an exhausting battle to get a simple thing done.
