Foot path crumbing and the start of pot holes

This section of the pathway is crumbling causing a substantial risk of falling. This puts the council and considerable liability due to the foot fall within this area. This path has been deteriorating for a minimum of 2 years with the path now at a state where it is becoming unpassable and users now having to use the road. These area are at a point where a winter will create a considerable area of unpassable pavement, as seen in other areas along this section of path.
