This section of the pathway is crumbling and now a considerable hole in the footpath causing a substantial risk of falling. This puts the council and considerable liability due to the foot fall within this area. This path has been deteriorating for a minimum of 2 years with the path now at a state where it is becoming unpassable and users now having to use the road.
