Park Avenue traffic lights

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14179650.

There is currently roadwork underway on Mill street with a 3 way traffic light system in place. The traffic lights have been placed on Park Avenue without stopping people parking on the lefthand side of the road which is causing problems when waiting at the redlight and someone turns into Park Avenue from Mill Street. Please could this be addressed ASAP as its blocking up the road. The people who live in the apartments have a carpark or there is a free carpark down Park Avenue. There needs to be something in place to state no parking whilst the work is being carried out which should have been put there before it started.
