Unable to get onto verge when walking. Long grass obscuring views around bends

The whole of Beckjay Lane makes it dangerous for all the residence wanting to walk up/down the lane with being unable to get onto the verge as the grass is so long. The grass height also makes it difficult for both drivers and walkers to have a clearer view around the bends of the lane. Kind regards.
